Hampton Inn Zacatecas had a cozy vibe with clean, spacious rooms. The breakfast was tasty, and the service from Alejandro and Rosy was top-notch. It’s great being just a pleasant stroll away from the delightful Sierra de Alica Park, enriching my weekend city strolls immensely.

The beds were super comfy, but the dinner service was a mess for our group.

i really woudl ve been impressed if the dinner for our party of 15 had been better organized, but alas, some of us were waiting forever while others finished. don’t even get me started on the so-called shuttle service that was 'unavailable' when it actually wasn’t. a complimentary upgrade would have been nice, too.

Additionally, I was misinformed about the shuttle service to the airport. upon check-in, I was told it wasn't available, which caused us inconvenience in arranging alternate transportation.
